The forests of North Cachar Hilis and Barail Range of Assam were explored by the author in February, 1971 and a large number of interesting specimens were collected. The present paper covers Dicotyledones, Polypetalae, with 314 species (+ 1 spp & 2 vats) representing 218 genera and distributed over 77 families. The system of Bentham and Hooker with modifications. Made in conformity with modern concepts has been followed. Revascularization is a surgical procedure for the provision of a new, additional, or augmented blood supply to a body part or organ. Regenerative endodontics is the creation and delivery of tissues to replace diseased, missing, and traumatized pulp. This review provides an overview of revascularization and regenerative endodontics and its goals, the origin of stem cells, their properties, characteristics, current research, and their potential applications. The potential approaches include ischolar_main-canal revascularization, postnatal (adult) stem cell therapy, pulp implant, scaffold implant, three-dimensional cell printing, injectable scaffolds, and gene therapy. These regenerative endodontic techniques will possibly involve some combination of disinfection or debridement of infected ischolar_main canal systems with apical enlargement to permit revascularization and use of adult stem cells, scaffolds, and growth factors. Tissue engineering therapy offers the possibility of restoring natural function instead of surgical placement of an artificial prosthesis.Keywords

Tooth replacement with dental implants not only restores function and esthetics but also improves confidence and self esteem. Success and predictability of dental implants depends on appropriate case selection, good occlusal harmony, and careful management of hard and soft tissues and maintenance of good oral hygiene. A 35 year old male with a missing 12 was rehabilitated with an ankylose implant which has a unique morse taper connection abutment. The resultant implant gave excellent esthetics function.Keywords
